How can I upgrade Ubuntu 18.04 to Ubuntu 21.04?

I am trying to upgrade Ubuntu 18.04 to 21.04 on our company's Sanjay Metal India Dell Desktop, So how should I upgrade it in order to be able to install Proton VPN.
