Hello, I recently (less than a week ago) purchased a brand new Asus laptop X555L and have been having problems already. It keeps going to a blue screen that says it's run into a problem and will collect data and restart- on the bottom it says to search DPC_watchdog_violation. It's constantly restarting every 5-10min!!! O a side note, we installed (well an "agent" from geek squad) installed an antivirus called Kaspersky- could that have something to do with it? I believe the computer came with Windows 10. Please help! I am not computer savvy so please bare with me if I have no idea what you're talking about. Thank you!!!
