Friends: I just bought a PC with an ASUS M2N MX SE motherboard. I am running XP on this machine. It has a 160 GB hard drive and I am trying to clone a 320 GB hard drive through the USB port. The USB hard drive is not recognized at all. The USB port reads other flash disks OK. When I try the 320 GB hard drive on other PCs thru USB, they have no problem recognizing it. It does not show up in Device Manager or Disk Management. How can I fix this? Thanks for any help.

Re: USB hard drive not recognized
Hello
It looks that your drive doesn't power up.
Is your external hard disk usb-powered or external powered?
If usb-powered, is it USB2.0 or USB3.0 (considering a 320GB hard disk, it should belong to USB2.0 times, but you may provided its USB adapter separately by yourself).
