How do you uplaod ringtones from your PC to your cellphone?

I have an Audiovox 8900 cell phone. Is it even possible to do this or is it just possible with certain models?

You can get a USB kit for it, plus it seems to have other data capabilities (I'd assume it has Infrared support, which your PC might not, but if you can find a laptop somewhere it's almost sure to have IR).

some mainboards have the bluetooth-feature, too, like the mobile phone.

I think you can grab a bluetooth unit that fits into a usb slot which you can send recieve of either
