Re: 64 vs 32bit online gaming
I am not sure why this question has not been answered.
I have benchmarked the games that I like to play, however, benchmarks do not always indicate a problem someone might have, such as lag or a feeling of lag.
I have played games with Windows XP 32-bit and Vista 64-bit using ATI video cards. As to the "feel" of games I see no difference as long as XP has at least 2GB system memory and Vista 64-bit has 4GB system memory.
Intel Core 2 CPUs. [I know many people can't stand the thought of 2 cores, but they overclock very well, especially my E8600, it can do 4.5GHz on air, though I normally use 4GHz; no need for anything faster with my HD 4890 factory overclock. Games range from MMOs to shooters. -- I love online gaming.]
