    ok what i have is

    intel pentium 4 cpu 3.00ghz (2 cpu's)
    1024 mb ram
    direct x 9.0c

    ATI Radeon HD 2400 serious AGP
    512.0 MB total memory

    main driver is ati2dvag.dll
    version 6.14

    i have a feeling my settings are allll out of wack!! i was told this computer would scream for online gaming and so far i am far from impressed. i have lagged to a point of complete annoyance in nearly everygame i play.

    PLZZZ anybody what can i do to fix this problem? i want to go fast!!

    you see...how much power does an HD2400 have??? NONE!!

    its soo crap that u can just forget about high res gaming. Who ever told u it would scream for gaming u can smack them in the head.

    I think ur comp is long overdue...think of a brand new system.

      corbet ... what randomness is so tactfully trying to say is that your system really is not much of a performer by today's standards. Depending on what online games you are playing you may be just fine with it but "scream" is one thing it will never do with a modern game. You mention lag ...is the lag an internet problem or a computer problem? The fastest computer in the world will not speed up a crappy internet connection.
