    The only ford in my immediate family has had the most issues but that's because it's driver (my, younger, less road-astute brother) has gotten it so banged up with his driving.

    I'll just say this: my Honda runs well, especially for it's age. I'd buy one next time (free, good working cars are good), in all likelyhood. I haven't had to put a lot of money into this considering it's a 15 year old vehicle with 255,000+ miles on it.

    If I want to buy Japanese, I will; If I want to buy American, I will. I will get whatever works best for me. Japan--another honda; America--a dodge. I'm not really into ford, but that's me.

    In short, I'll buy what I damn well please!
